In this guide I will share with you how to protect your account with 2FA (2 factor authentication).

1). Use end-to-end encryption for authentication

The authentication system of easyy.click is different from traditional softwares, by using end-to-end encryption, your password never leaves your decide, see details here.

2). 2FA

You can add another layer of security by enabling 2FA, every time you login, you not only need email and password, but also a 1 time code from your authenticator app, personally I am using ente auth from ente. This is how you enable it:

1. Go to account → Security → 2-Factor Authentication;

2. Click “Generate your secret“, you will get a QR code;

3. Scan this QR code with your authenticator app;

4. Enter the 1 time code in your authenticator app to the “Code“ field;

5. Click “Enable 2-Factor Authentication“, then it’s enabled’

From now on, you need your authenticator app whenever you login to easyy.click

Make sure your authenticator app is secure, and you remember its password carefully.

3). Disable 2FA

If you want to disable the 2FA, do this:

1. Go to account → Security → 2-Factor Authentication;

2. Enter a 1 time code in your authenticator app to the “Code“ field;

3. Click “Disable 2-Factor Authentication“, then it’s disabled;

4. Delete the “easyy.click“ item from your authenticator app;

Spaces in easyy.click are separate domains, you can use the default space for your personal links and notes, but you may want a different space for your work links.

In this guide I will show you how to manage your spaces.

1). See all spaces

Click “All spaces“ in the spaces dropdown:

You will see all your spaces:

2). Create a new space

Click the “Create space“ button to create a space.

3). Reorder spaces

Click the “Reorder spaces“ to reorder them:

4). Archive space

If you don’t need a space anymore, you can archive it, it won’t show in the spaces lists anymore:

5). Delete space

All your links, notes, tags will be deleted forever if you delete a space.

2. Open it once;

3. Share a link/note, choose easyy.click in the action sheet;

4. Saved to Inbox;

1). Find export action

Click the 3 dots → Export links:

Then you will be redirected to the export page.

2). Export your links and notes

Click the 1st button to export links in this space, and the 2nd button to export notes.

In this guide I will show you how to import your browser bookmarks to easyy.click

1). Go to the import page

Go to account page, click “Import browser bookmarks“:

2). Get a html file of your browser bookmarks

Follow the instructions to firstly export your browser bookmarks into a html file.

3). Pick the html file and import

Pick the html file. All your links will be created in a new space (or multiple new spaces, each with around 100 links). And it will keep your folder structure.

Click “Import them now“ to start. If you have hundreds of links, it will take some time, keep the tab active, you will see a progress bar, and a success message when everything is done.

4). Check your links in the new space

Go back to home screen, and see the newly created space

And the imported links:

Now you can rename / delete / move your links.

5). Rename your space

You can go to the “All spaces“ page to rename the new space:

1). Bulk move or delete from top button

Click the 3 dots at the top, you will see 3 bulk actions:

1. Move multiple links: Will move selected links to other space;

2. Delete multiple links: Will delete selected links';

3. Delete all links: Will delete all links in this space;

2). Bulk move and delete from tag actions

When you click the 3 dots of a tag, you will see 2 bulk actions:

1. Move links to: Will move all links in this tag to other space;

2. Delete links: Will delete all links in this tag;

3). Bulk actions in Inbox

Inbox also has 2 bulk actions:

1. Move links: Will move selected links to other space;

2. Delete links: Will delete selected links;

Same actions goes for notes.

2. Click “Save link to inbox“ (you can update the link title);

3. The link is saved to your inbox;

3). Save links and notes on a website

Right click on any link or selected text, then choose “Save to easyy.click“, it will be saved in your inbox.

4). Organize your inbox

You can move multiple links and notes to other spaces, or delete them in 1 go, so you have a clean inbox.
